Ashley's Smooth Operator Smoothie Recipe

Hi y'all, I wanted to drop by to provide you with my go-to smoothie recipe. The best part about it is that it provides you caffeine too. There is a little place in Dover called Earth's Harvest Kitchen and Juicery, which is amazing so check it out if you haven't been. They have my all-time favorite smoothie called the "Smooth Operator" so I decided to make my very own version of it. It's pretty close, not exact but gives me my fix.

Ingredients:
  • Justin's Peanut Butter

  • Chameleon Cold Brew

  • Flaxseed

  • Chocolate Protein Powder

  • Almond Milk (not pictured)

  • Frozen Banana

  • A handful of ice cubes

Assembly:

Put all of the above ingredients together in the blender, I do about 1/2 cup cold brew, 1/2 almond milk and a heavy spoonful of peanut butter. I do 2 tablespoons flaxseed and a scoop of protein powder. I freeze my bananas ahead so they are good to go for the smoothie when I want them. Once everything is in the blender, blend it up and TA-DA...that easy and so delish.
